Jennifer Kovach MA, LPC

With a deep desire for helping others, I immerse myself in each client, offering undivided attention and genuine care. My personal journey, marked by a debilitating battle with anxiety and panic, fueled my quest for freedom. Motivated by this experience, I delved into the intricate realm of neuroscience, dedicating years to research and formal education. Now, armed with a deep understanding of the brain, I am here to guide you on your path to wellness. Let's embark on this transformative journey together, restoring peace and balance to your life.

I founded NeuroWellness Center with the vision of creating a place where counseling and neuroscience work together to support healing. In addition to working with clients, I serve as a clinical supervisor, helping guide and mentor the next generation of therapists in providing compassionate and effective care.

Cadena Burch MA, LPCC

My overall outlook as a therapist is to restore hope into your life and bring you deep healing. I am going to take the time to listen to your story, and together we will work to identify negative patterns you may have developed, and change them into positive behavioral and mental patterns.

I specialize in working with First Responders and family, Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression. I come from a family of first responders. I have seen the negative effects of the job take a toll on mental health, and I have watched the healing that can come from counseling first hand. As your therapist, I wish to bring you to the same healing.

Ava Goldstein, MA LPCC

I am a personable clinician who values humor, genuine connection, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. As a clinical intern, I draw from ACT, psychodynamic, and strengths-based approaches to meet each client where they are, integrating these with neurofeedback to support holistic healing.

I am committed to ongoing learning, with training in disordered eating, play therapy, attachment theory, cognitive processing therapy, and neurofeedback. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, thrift shopping, comedy, and creative projects, and I love connecting with clients through their interests.

JEnna Croftcheck - Counseling Intern

Hi, I’m Jenna, a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Northwestern University, currently working toward my licensure in Colorado. Counseling, to me, is about creating a safe and supportive space that fosters empowerment, healing, and wellness. I chose this profession because I believe everyone deserves the chance to find their voice and take control of their mental health journey. My approach integrates mindfulness and trauma-informed care. If your goals include building self-fulfillment, increasing confidence, or healing past wounds, I’d love to walk that path with you. My graduate program is CACREP-accredited, and I’m a member of the American Counseling Association, which grounds me in ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered practice.

Andrew Albritton - Counseling Intern

I'm Andrew, a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Northwestern University. I work with adults, teens, couples, and men at an inflection point: navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, or the kind of relationship stress that builds slowly until something gives. Many are high-functioning people who look fine on the outside and feel lost on the inside.

My approach is psychodynamic and neuroscience-informed, shaped by the work of Dr. Dan Siegel. Together we look at the whole picture, including past and present, thought and feeling, mind and body, so you can understand not just what's happening but why. Seeing how your nervous system learned to protect you can ease shame and open the door to real change. Sessions feel more like an honest conversation than a clinical exercise, in a space where you feel heard, not managed.
